- First and Last Name, Phone Number, Email
- Name of Organization
- Event Name and Location
- Date/Time of Event
- Event Description
- Please put "Event" in the subject field to ensure it is received correctly.
While MPP West endeavours to attend as many events as possible, please note that due to his busy schedule, he is not able to accept every invitation. If he is able to attend, our office will contact you to confirm details.
